Data Ownership
The information you share belongs to you. Plezed processes your preferences for businesses (including non-profits, educational institutions, and government agencies) without assuming ownership of your data.
Access to Your Data
View all preferences you’ve shared with businesses through Plezed at any time by logging into your personal account.
Right to Correction
Update your preferences easily if your needs or circumstances change.
Right to Be Forgotten
You can delete your data from Plezed. If a business has downloaded your data, they will be notified of the deletion and required to update their records accordingly.
Opt-Out Options
Stop sharing your preferences with specific businesses or withdraw entirely from using Plezed at your discretion.

Self-Service Deletion
Log in to your Plezed account to delete your data at any time. This action removes your data from our active systems, notifies the associated businesses of the deletion, and requires them to update their records accordingly.
Manage Preferences
Update your preferences at any time through your Plezed account, ensuring businesses always have the most accurate and current information about your needs. If a business has previously downloaded your data, they will be notified of updates and required to adjust their records.
Seamless Account Setup
After filling out a Plezed-powered form, you can create a personal account to manage and update your preferences for all businesses you interact with, ensuring they remain up-to-date.
Custom Notifications
Choose how you’d like to receive updates, including email or SMS, or opt out of notifications entirely.

For businesses using Plezed’s whitelabeled services, you can manage preferences within their branded environment.
Data Security and Privacy
Your Data, Protected
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. It is only accessible to the businesses you’ve engaged with and for the purposes you’ve consented to.
Businesses’ Obligations
- Businesses are not allowed to sell your data under any circumstances.
- Businesses cannot share your data without your explicit consent.
- They are required to process your data solely for the purposes you agreed to when you shared it.
Data Removal and Backup
When you delete your data, it is removed from active systems. While backups may temporarily retain information, they are inaccessible and beyond use.
Notifications to Businesses
Businesses are automatically informed when you update or delete your preferences. If they have downloaded your data, they are required to update their records to reflect these changes.
